Only bought them 18 November so maybe a little early to say for sure. These replaced (for free with no problem at all) the same print heads bought 28 October which stopped working. If they last I will be extremely pleased as they work well and are excellent value. If they fail then I will post another review.

Installed the Cyan / Magenta print head and let the printer do it's thing. Print head light and on/off button light flashing and status page says print head 'missing' Took print head out and cleaned contacts with soft tissue as suggested in the instructions, re-installed print head....printer still says print head is missing.Returned for refund as this product simply didn't work in my HP K5400 printer. Now waiting for the refund.

replaced a Magenta/Cyan print head that was in an error state and hey presto! after a initial priming cycle and a printer test page I now have a working printer.

Print heads delivered today. Installed and working fine. If that changes I'll update. Now wondering what to do with 2 enclosed white and gold doilies!OK - after installing and printing, the next day the print heads failed and nothing is now printing. So they will be returned. One star because I can't select zero.

Cheaper than most and came very quickly. Quality seems good.

After reviewing carefully I bought these printheads. Following installation the printer would not accept them and there was no opportunity to override the printer messages (which the instructions recommended doing). The printer just locked up. Useless I'm afraid.

Black/yellow stopped printer within a month of fitting.Had to purchase another one to get printer working
