I've tried two other seats on my Aventon Aventure.2 ebike, and this is the one for me. The first worked and was also noseless, but it was too small to be comfortable throughout a long ride. I have set up my bike for an upright riding position, so I set the seat slightly lower than it would be for a typical bent-over riding position. The second seat is wide and comfortable, but has a nose that pokes me in the back when I'm standing in my step-through bike, plus the nose creates pressure in sensitive areas.This seat has the best of both worlds. It eliminates the nose and the foam is soft enough to be comfortable and pain-free at the end of a ride. Plus it allows me space to stand comfortably when stopped. Of course, the real test is how it works in a variety of conditions over time, and I'll revisit this review after thirty or forty miles of riding on this seat.UPDATE SEPT. 23: I had a fairly long and pleasant ride on this seat yesterday. It performed admirably, and I was comfortable and pain-free when I finished. At first, I thought I might not have tightened the seat enough, because it seemed to move while I'm riding. Turns out it was indeed tightly mounted, with the seat post firmly locked in place. The seat has two springs and enough flex that it moves a little with me as I pedal. I have a ZOOM suspension seat post, and between that and the seat the ride is smooth. Who could ask for more? I had my doubts based on the shape, thinking it would fight me as I pedal, but its slight movement works perfectly for me, though it did take a minute for me to adjust and relax on the seat. Now, I'm experimenting with the height adjustment for the magic balance of pedaling leverage and long-distance comfort.

If you are a racer, you need the seat nose for more power and control of your pedaling. However, if you're like me and just want a comfortable seat while I'm riding my stationary bike while watching TV, then give your gonads a break and go noseless. There is no reason bike seats need to be back in the 1800s. Seriously, over 150 years and there has been ZERO improvements to the bike seat? You kidding me?? This noseless seat is soooooo much more comfortable, and my nuts thank me daily. Maybe the opposite sex can't really relate, but there is no way anyone should be using legacy bike seats in the year of our lord Josh Allen 2024. BUY this, and thank me later. This is the MOST COMFORTABLE bike seat my cojones have ever graced their royal bums on.

I got this seat to replace the standard bike seat on my second ebike. I had already replaced the seat on my first ebike with another of YLG's bike seats, the Oversized Comfort Bike Seat. In my pics, this bike seat is shown on the right (and front) of the pictures. The YLG Oversized Comfort Bike Seat is shown to the left and the back. I absolutely loved the Oversized Comfort seat, realizing that what makes a comfortable seat is not high cushioning under your butt cheeks but DEPRESSIONS under your butt cheeks. I've ridden comfortably for 40 miles on the Oversized Comfort Seat and, seeing that this smaller, noseless version also had curved depressions under the butt cheeks, I had high hopes for it. But this noseless version actually feels bulkier under the bottom. In the first pic, you can see how the noseless version will actually come down lower across the back of the thigh whereas the wider, oversized comfort seat is cut out. Also, the depressions in the oversized seat, both for your butt cheeks and down the middle are deeper than in this noseless version. YLG makes a quality product and this has good padding. But this particular seat design was not nearly as comfortable for me as their other seat.

What is there to dislike, I got this to replace the seat for my new exercise bike and it was the worst thing I have ever seen and used in all my life.This new seat made a whole lot of difference which was literally like night and day
