It depends how hot you want it. I use about 1/2 tablespoon of powder and three of yoghurt, three lemon juice

Does it have 32 gram salt on 100 gram powder as described on the label?

On each packet it only lists the ingrediants and not the break down of quantities but salt is listed

Packs way more of a punch than ready made pastes available.Occasionally, if I’m feeling particularly stupid, I add a few drops of Carolina Reaper sauce into the mix. Turns a nice spicy mix into pure evil.
