I like the ability to customize display colors, and it's nice to see the day of the week, date, and inside temperature shown as well. I did have an issue with the first clock I purchased after nearly two years of use. The clock started randomly and frequently resetting itself to midnight and turning on the alarm function, and this happened seemingly out of the blue. Fortunately the seller offers a lifetime warranty and made it extremely easy to get a replacement sent to me. Moreover, I had an unfortunate issue where the first replacement was stolen off my porch. I reached back out to the company and they graciously sent a second replacement clock free of charge, which arrived within two days. I am very appreciative of the customer service I received, and that more than made up for the minor inconvenience of the first clock failing after two years.
