I have ordered these multiple times and they always come very quickly. They're always fresh and tasty, not too dry and not too moist, and just the right amount of seasoning. These have been a great protein snack to have here or there that's satisfying and something to look forward to. They last a good long while too, no fear of them going bad before you can finish them all.

Doesn't stay in the fridge for long, the family eats them up quickly. Good taste.

But, if you fry them in the pan a little, the flavor intensifies, and they taste delicious !If you are canning them, you need to know that all that great taste kind of disappears. Also, they taste better when eaten by themselves versus included as an ingredient in a dish.However, they would deserve a 5 star review IF the manufacturer would drop the CORN SYRUP SOLIDS and DEXTROSE from the ingredients. What's the real reason for these two ingredients ?

signed up for subscribe and save wound up buying 2 instead of 1 which was on amazon but would have been alright BUT! the texture is horrible! has chunks of skin or sinew or whatever and the rest is the consistency of i don't know what. cold lard? really! chews like fat except for the sinew. HORRIBLE and i love small smoked sausages. actually kind of pissed amazon sent me 2 -- and charged me for them

I don't care for the beef sticks. The taste for me is not good. I prefer the turkey sticks much more. I don't think this is a bad product, it is just a preference for me.
