I purchased these for post-partum use as I am plus size, and most of the post-partum underwear are either really not secure, or are for smaller people. I have large legs, so I would say that if you have large legs, you may have to rip the sides a tiny bit, but that doesn't make them unusable, which is nice (meaning the small rip at the leg hole will not continue to rip). Anyway, these work great. I run really hot, so they did add to that a little, but, that was mostly because my hormones were going crazy and they trap heat a little. The absorption was awesome, and I experienced no leaks. They were pretty discreet, too. I was able to wear them comfortably under my regular clothes.

If you're a heavy bleeder these are perfect for overnight or day use. I've had no leaks, they don't shift and they offer full coverage. They are super comfortable and don't show when you are wearing them (you won't have to worry about having the diaper booty look in your pants).

I was skeptical about this but willing to try it.....Skeptic no more!! These are amazing. I'm about 285 lbs and at first thought they didn't fit. They DO FIT! They haven't given me a wedgie once. I have an insanely heavy flow, especially the first three days of my period. I didn't have a single accident. I sleep like a wild person and didn't have A SINGLE ACCIDENT! These are now my favorite for life!

THESE ARE AMAZING! I naturally have a heavy flow thanks to endometriosis and adenomyosis so I used to have to wear two heavy flow pads, and even then I would still somehow leak. I ended up trying to do a Lupron suppression to help with IVF and Lupron made me bleed like crazy with huge clots! I was having to change pads every 30 minutes to a hour. I finally decided to give adult diapers a try to see if they would offer more protection while my body was adjusting to Lupron (it didnt adjust unfortunatel). I happened to find these and my God I will never go back to pads! They are super comfortable and hold so much. They also breath and it's not easy to tell they are a diaper when wearing jeans or sweat pants. My only complaint is that they are scented. Buy the diapers girl they are a game changer.

I personally love this line of period underwear and was bummed out when they only went up to a size large. i’m so happy about the bigger size now, they fit perfectly. I have pretty long, heavy irregular periods and nothing else gives me as much security as these. I never leak in these, they’re the perfect size for me and they’re very secret under any clothing I’d wear on my period. The con of it being full underwear means you have to undress your bottom half completely to change it but it lasts so long for me that I can delay it until I’m in a private enough bathroom to do so. This is truly a life saving product for me. The only thing that would make it better is if the absorbency area went further up the backside just a bit but that’s more so for my piece of mind. I put a panty liner up the back if I’m feeling that worried about it. I will now be keeping this size in stock 24/7.

So I was skeptical about these, I read the reviews. I compared to other products, and I decided to try it. The 2 worst days are usually second an third day when I barely get any sleep because of having to run to the bathroom before I spring a leak ladies you exactly what I'm referring to especially tampon users. This actually gave me peace of mind all night, yes they fit a bit snug but definitely stay in place. I got the biggest size because I'm a plus size woman.

Great quality! Used for postpartum from c-section did not have any leaks or accidents. Way better than the hospital ones!
