Great supplement! Very easy to swallow and no odd odors that we noticed. The size is what I would expect for a capsule. Good value and our go-to for cold and flu season, and allergy season!Great if...--you want a supplement that's respected and easy to take.--you have a need for seasonal immune support.Price is very good for a 90-day supply. I will absolutely order again!

I guess we cannot appear to be offering medical advice.So the bit of advice I would give you is do your research on ANY supplement you may decide to take.Talk to your doctor as well, to make sure there is no conflict with any medications you may be taking.NOW is a trusted product name in our household.Quercetin is naturally pigment in many Fruits, Veggies and Grains.

This stuff is powerful - I was not expecting the jolt of energy they gave me (took on empty stomach in morning alongside bromelain to boost bromelain effectiveness). It was a bit too much of an energy boost for me so I can’t attest to effectiveness over time. But certainly good quality and packed a punch. Be forewarned of digestive issues :)

My doctor okayed this supplement, but I was told that everyone should speak to their doctor first. However, he told me that I should only take this for a short time. The taste was easy to tolerate and comfortable to swallow.

They don’t use flashy gimmicks to sell items or make false claims. And they are very clear about what is and is not in the product, sticking to clean essentials from good sources.- Is this product right for you? I’m not about to play doctor and say this product is a miracle product that will cure all your problems (no matter who you are or what your problem is). First, I’m not a doctor. Second, there is no such product in the world that can make such a claim. Nor will NOW try to make that claim. But if you and your doctor feel like you should be taking this supplement, then it is ONE of the best brands out there to take.- No smell; same size as an acetaminophen capsule.

I HATE the lids on all the NOW brand bottles! If it weren't for the lids, I'd give it 5 stars. It's a quality product with VERY poor packaging. I've lost several pills trying to get the pills out of the bottle. For those of us who prefer to take the pills out of the bottle by placing them on the lid and then popping them either into your mouth or placing them in a paper cup (to avoid having to touch the pills and keep them clean when your hands aren't clean), it's virtually impossible to do this. First problem is that the lid is attached to the bottle; the only way to separate it is to cut it with scissors. But if you do that and try to pour 1 pill onto the lid, the edges of the lid are so short that the pills either fall off the side of the lid or they end up touching my fingers and getting dirty. I've also tried to keep the lid attached to the bottle and tried to tap the bottle to get one pill out at a time but many times more than one comes out. It's such a waste of time and waste of money (from pills falling and getting dirty). So frustrating. NOW company: PLEASE change your lid design to a standard lid with a taller (standard height) edge.
