Must have first aid item for Mutt Owners
This stuff is exactly what the vet uses. If you have a dog like me, who isn't happy unless he has a hole in him somewhere, then you need to put together a doggie first aid kit, and this vet wrap is a key item to have. Throw in some styptic powder for the nails, some tape and gauze and you'll be good to go

Great Stuff
Bought several rolls of this stuff. It works great, far out performing regular old adhesive tape which general doesn'tstay in place or hold dressing very securly. Its interesting that this product seems to have been a favorite for animal vetsfor some time. Now its being marketed to the human sector.

Vetrap
Super Super Super product. Working in the medical field for 15+ yrs, I have become used to using "coban" over that time. My 3 yr old had a stroke and had to constantly wear a splint to force her to use her bad hand. This product was wonderful for that!!

Vetrap it's the color that counts
Suggestion: BRIGHT COLORS are best if you are using Vetrap to hold bandages on chicken feet. Makes it easier to pick out of a flock when it's time to change.

A must have
I keep this on hand, great for dogs torn nail or whatever. It does work for people too. It sticks to itself so makes wrapping easy.

Vetrap 4" x 5 Yard Roll
We use Vetrap in place of human medical wrap. It's the same stuff used by humans, just costs less.

Great stuff!
I love this stuff, it's durable - very! There is nothing sticking it together that could get wet and make it come off, this sounds odd I am sure, I will explain. It sticks to itself, everywhere. Any time you roll it around, you have just secured it again. After a day, sometimes finding where it ending is challenging because there is nothing special holding it in place. I have a severe tape allergy so it's great that there is no adhesive on this. You can use it as a bandage covering, to secure a surgical site, even to wrap a sore limb. If you intend to put it somewhere that will move a lot, I recommend using some rolled gauze, the stuff athletes use under sport's tape, or any buffer. It has elasticity, and if you don't want to be tearing it off in a short time, you want to put it on with some wiggle room, the vetrap then have groves like anything elastic that this not fully extended. So I use a little bit of rolled gauze and it made a world of difference.
