Safe option for you and your baby
They are worth it even if the smell is not great. Based off my research these were one of the safe ones. I just don’t breathe in with my nose when I take them. Makes a huge difference. I read someone else say freeze them for a little bit beforehand and the smell is gone, but haven’t tried that. They never make me feel nauseous or any weird symptoms. Now do I wish they were more affordable for pregnant women? Yes. Spending $60 a month is killing me, but have to do it for my baby.

Vitamins great but Amazon do better with packaging.
Ok, just focusing on the vitamins, I think they are great. It looks as thought they were thoughtfully curated to not cancel each other out. ( some vitamins throw everything in them to say they have it all but a lot of compounds can’t be absorbed together) it doesn’t seem the case with these. They taste just like vitamins guys, that’s because that’s what they are -but they make me feel better during the day. I usually have a constant ill feeling with this pregnancy, like a psycho indigestion, I’ve taken these for a couple days and I haven’t had ANY of the tummy trouble, I’m assuming that’s thee b6 and the ginger. I recommend these.

Smells bad, made me sick
I tried these vitamins after seeing all of the positive ads and interviews with the makers. Well these were not for me. They smelled awful. Having to swallow 4 pills left me nauseated and extremely bloated with mild to moderate headaches which started after taking the first pack. I had these symptoms every day when I took these vitamins. After 2 weeks of these vitamins, I went back to my previous vitamins and all of the sick feelings went away.

Gamechanger for me!!!!
Juggling the joys (and let's be honest, discomforts) of the third trimester can be overwhelming. I gave Perelel a try after seeing my friend rave about it at our yoga class, and I’m now on my 3rd-trimester :) First and foremost, let's talk about the packaging. These individual packs are perfect for throwing in your purse. It's such a lifesaver for busy moms like us, and the portability makes it easy to stay on track with my routine no matter where the day takes me. Also maybe it's a small detail, but for someone like me who fumbles with packaging sometimes, I loved how easy Perelel's sachets were to open. No more wrestling with those impossible pill pouches or resorting to teeth. Now, onto the contents. The pack includes a curated selection of prenatal vitamins and supplements with premium ingredients, all formulated to support the unique needs of the third trimester. Unlike other brands I've tried, Perelel's vitamins are gentle on the stomach, which is a godsend for someone like me who struggles with nausea. Plus, knowing that I'm getting the essential nutrients necessary for my baby's development gives me peace of mind. I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being since incorporating Perelel into my daily routine. My energy levels have increased, my mood has stabilized, and I've experienced fewer aches and pains. I wholeheartedly recommend the Perelel products to any expecting mother in her final stretch of pregnancy!

Helpful but Meh
Ok, so I take these sometimes while pregnant so I can be off biotin for 7 or 10 days (is it?) before thyroid tests. That way biotin doesn't skew my results. I am thus grateful for these. Also, after reading claims about links between high B vitamins and autism, I appreciate that the dosages are way below some other brands. Plus I appreciate the fish oil. That said, I wish some components--like choline, which is so important for brain development/memory--were higher, though I try to eat a nutrient dense diet. So often the ideal amount of prenatal vitamins is stated to be quite high, while our soil doesn't have as many nutrients as it did 100 years ago, and real diets aren't always perfect (perhaps especially at the hardest points of pregnancy!!)... These are quite expensive compared to other brands. And they really do stink and taste bad. Since I've taken lots of food-based (smelly!) vitamins, I didn't make as much of review claims before trying these. So I was surprised to find how strong they are, even if I swallowed them ASAP with lots of water, and how the taste sometimes came back. If I didn't have thyroid disease, and other vitamins weren't so high in B vitamins, I would not buy these. As it is, I'm grateful for them.

Must buy!
Great supplements! Easy to take and love that they are separate pills that help on different areas. The small packets are convenient to take on the go for busy mommas. I have energy throughout the day and feel great!

Wonderful prenatal
My new favorite pre natal! Love that it’s a combo pack and not just a prenatal vitamin! Will continue to use this pregnancy!

Just get something else
Ordered the 3rd trimester pack and the pills smelled horrible. I took them anyway and three days after I started taking them, my feet and hands started itching terribly at night. It got so bad that my doctor ordered blood tests to discard cholestasis! The results came negative for cholestasis and that’s how we tracked the itching down to the prenatals. Stopped taking them and the itch stopped that same night.
