Overall, this is a really nice neck ice pack. It’s comfortable, fits well around the neck, and provides great relief for tension and soreness. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like, so I find myself needing to put it back in the freezer fairly quickly. Other than that, it’s well made and does the job.

I bought two of these!
These are large enough I can put one on my neck and one on top of my head when I have a bad sinus or migraine headache! Love them!

Decent but not what I was looking for
2hr freeze for 20min of cooling off before it’s not very effective. Works decent but ordered for myself and work crew and it won’t be effective at all once summer hits for the outdoor work we do. This is probably better for the gym. Also needs longer length so it’s less likely to fall off while working.

Only good for 10 minutes
Doesn’t stay frozen. Too bad I bought one of these a couple years ago and it lasted a long time. This one’s good for about 10 minutes and then I have to put it back in the freezer.
