We like it, gluten-free too!
I've never had anything like this before but we are expanding out SE Asian pantry. We like it, boosts the overall flavour. It's not bad and this one is gluten-free.

Good Quality Product
Good size bottle and good quality. There are a couple of recipes in the book "Chinese Unchopped" - highly recommended, by the way!), which use this vinegar, so it was great to be able to order it easily. A recipe is only as good as the ingredients (and love) you put into it, so it's always worth using the best you can afford. I will happily buy again.
