Superb chair, easy to put together, maybe 15 minutes. It looks great, good quality and very comfy. The size is perfect, not too chunky and very robust, wheels around perfectly with good support, well padded and very functional. I LOVE IT !

The chair fitted together with ease following the instruction book. One screw did not locate fully, on one of the five prong legs, no real problem. When all fitted the chair is very comfortable easy to use.

Bought as a new replacement to my previous leather chair, which while new was equally nice and comfortable, as time went on the material quickly deteriorated and tore away very easily to become a rather sad and scruffy shadow of its former self. The delivery could have been better- it was left on the porch for several hours in view of the street and the danger of optimistic criminals about, despite someone being in the house at the time yet no one was advised it had been delivered by a simple knock on the door/doorbell advice. Having said that, despite having to build from a flat pack it is very nice, comfy, affordable and will be more durable as it is made of a tougher fabric and pleasing to look at. It lost a star because of the delivery and having to construct the chair myself.

Relatively comfortable, reclining is fine, but the arm rests wobble no matter how much you tighten the screws, the holes were not correctly aligned so putting it together was very taxing, the footrest isn't at all fit for purpose as it extends to sit below the knees, and the frame of the extender noticably bends/strains when you rest your legs on it, and the seat gradually sinks when I sit in it (I'm 15 stone which is a little overweight for my height, but probably lower than average for someone who uses their home computer 8 hours a day). To advertise it as "heavy duty" is just a barefaced lie. I bought this as a stop-gap while I'm having an extension built, and I plan to spend considerably more money on my main office chair and this will be a second one. For £70 I wasn't expecting a world-beater but this is a very poor product and I don't expect it to still be usable by the time my extension is finished. Avoid.

LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE CHAIR THIS IS THE ONE. JUST GOT THIS ONE EASY TO ASSEMBLE,WELL MADE, WORTH EVERY PENNY.

First things first. This is not a expensive chair, which is why im not giving it a 1 star, you get what you pay for... to an extent. I have been trying to find a chair that wont break the bank or my back for awhile. Seems i will only get one of those things. I'll start with the cons: Putting it together was not difficult but it was awkward. mostly having to assemble the legs. I get it saves packaging space but it still was a lot of extra steps. Comfort wise i really dont like it. It feels like all the padding is just a bunch of plastic shopping bags screwed up inside, especially on the arms (if i get sick of this chair and move on to another i will most likely open it to see if im right and post images/video here). Which also have over the space of 3 weeks deformed where i put my elbows. So i now lean on the arm and im basically hitting the hard plastic underneath the "padding" which is nto comfortable. The chair also leans to the left and nothing i can do seems to adjust this to level. I have back pain and this definitely does not help with it. Pros: Its a cheap chair comparatively to others you will find if you are aiming for quality. I actually like the recline function and i can set it at any position and it feels secure where i leave it. Edit: Seller contacted me over my concerns pretty quickly and after a bit of talking we managed to find a suitable solution to the issues I faced. So because of good customer service I'm happy to give them 3 star instead of 2.

Looks nice and appears fairly sturdy however seat is hard and uncomfortable. The back isn't at all supportive, I have to put a cushion behind my lower back to get comfortable. The seat also feels like it tips forward slightly although I've found no setting to adjust so must just be the way it's made

ein halbes Jahr nach dem Kauf ist das ganze ding samt Sitzfläche und Lehne nach hinten abgebrochen als ich mich drauf gesetzt hab. Mal abgesehen davon das der Stuhl von anfang an deutlich ungemütlicehr war als er aussieht auf den Bildern darf sowas nicht passieren, habe ich auch noch nie gesehen. Das Metall ist an mehreren Stellen nähe der Gasfeder einfach gerissen...
