I am not lying and it is just 1st day I took it. Almost 8 hrs of focus, concentration and get all my work done. I am just shocked that I didn’t find this supplement before.

I have ADHD, and i really struggle to focus or switch off. I've had many angry and sleepless nights arguing with my partner after making the slightest noise at night because i'm such a light sleeper (poor sod) and the sound of a fly next door will keep me awake. i wanted to wait before writing this review as i'm very sceptical with these things and often find they that they do not work. Let me put it this way. i started taking them, and noticed no difference. about a week later i realised that i wasn't waking up at night anymore but didn't think much of it, perhaps my partner's awful snoring must have stopped or reduced. I'll also be honest - i'm awful at remembering to take any tablets or medication, so i've also had odd weeks of having no mushroom supplements whatsoever, but this is where it gets interesting.. Id noticeably get more anxious about upcoming plans, like vets appointments, meals out, work, house work needing to be done etc. when i wasnt taking the supplements, and once again I couldn't get any sleep and i'd spend all night poking a kicking my partner as i couldn't sleep through his snoring! its become a routine for us now, if i cant get to sleep / cant stay asleep or generally get a bit stressy he tells me to take 'my mushrooms'. i guess they really do work and my partner definitely sees the difference more than me as he can finally get some sleep too. You wont feel miracles yourself but your mood and sleep definitely improves with these. I cant remember what else the benefits are meant to be, but for me personally. they help me sleep and i fee calmer/ less anxious in the day.

UPDATE: something is definitely working here.... I said I would persist and update in another month so here it goes.Here's what I've noticed: I no longer have that debilitating heavy and dissociative feeling that my brain fog was causing every day. Thas has totally lifted. I've not had this sensation in over a month. I feel a lot calmer too within myself. The brain fog lifting has helped my anxiety. I don't have racing thoughts. I can think clearer and plan tasks easier in my mind. Another amazing thing I've noticed is I feel really productive. I feel like I can think and plan and follow through with it. I don't feel so overwhelmed. Something is definitely working here. I've not seen a major improvement with my ability to stay focused when studying yet but the relief of the brain fog lifting is enough for me to continue taking this product and I will purchase again.I take Lions mane, tumeric capsules and CBD oil every day.First review:This is a difficult one to pint point because I struggle with a chronic illness. My brain fatigue/fog isn't something that can be easily resolved... I've been taking this for exactly one month yet and I can't yet say I have seen any difference but I am hopeful and will persist. I read that it can take 10 weeks+ of every day use to see any difference so we'll see.I will say however that I have noticed I feel much calmer within myself anxiety wise. I do also take CBD however. Maybe a combo of both. I'll update in another month.

Pills a very easy to swallow, great value for money, seems to add a certain clarity and ease anxiety levels. I would say the effectiveness is what you would expect from a supplement. Also if anyone is suffering with anxiety I highly recommend praying and if you would like prayer always have remember Jesus loves you. God bless

Been taking this for a while now and it's good. I have it on subscribe and save setup for every 2 months. I take two a day which should last me for 2 months but it always finishes way before and I'm left behind with one tablet every time. So definitely doesn't have 120 tablets in there

I wanted to wait a while to write a review. I have adhd and often struggle. On around day 4 of taking this, I began to notice certain symptoms improving. 2 weeks later I felt like they had lost effect so I stopped taking them for 2 days and WOW as soon as I stopped I realised how bad it is without them. I started up again and felt great again so I know they’re behind it. I had just got used to the effects, they had not worn off. I am now a month in and whenever I forget to take one I notice it the next day. As long as I keep up with it I feel focused, happier and less worried. I will note that I’ve experienced quite bad itching all over my body but I don’t know if this is from the pill or not - it definitely coincides with taking it. So I also take an antihistamine with it and that has helped. Recommend.Ps. I took 1 a day. I tried two at a time but I ended up crashing about 2pm so 1 a day is good for me.

This product gives exactly what you would expect when ordering. The amount of supply you get for the amount of money you pay, means you get a huge return on value for money. You get a large supply of the product for little size of bottle. The tablets are very easy to take and I personally notice a huge different when taking in the morning. It gives mental clarity, to the point where I feel I couldn’t be at 100% without them! It has definitely become one of my go to supplements to take daily!
