This company has the best customer service I have ever seen in my 33 years of life. Melissa is one of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. I had a question and she went absolutely ABOVE, above and beyond, so much more than what I ever would have expected. This company truly cares so much about their customers and I will be a customer for as long as I am making candles.I have the blue, black, and fuscia dyes, and they are absolutely stunning and incredibly pigmented. You get so many dye chips for such an affordable price.The black is such a deep, rich black and just a little chunk gets you such a lovely gray color (which I often use in many of my candles) and one diamond makes a beautiful black. Black is such a difficult color to find, as it's always too purple or a weird brown color with other companies I've bought from. This is a pure black. You can see in the pictures I added how dark of a black you can get.The blue had my jaw drop to the floor!! I also have had such a difficult time finding an incredibly true blue that didn't have hints of purple in it, until Diamond Dye. It's an absolutely gorgeous color and is also so incredibly pigmented. Again, just a little piece of the diamond adds so much blue to a couple pounds of my all purpose paraffin wax.The fuscia is also so beautiful, and it's a very difficult color to achieve alone. I sell a hot pink candle, but was having such trouble with achieving that hot pink color that I once did years ago. I kept trying to mix white, red, and a hint of purple, and just nothing was turning out. This color is lovely on its own, but for this candle, I mixed it with a pink dye, and it was absolutely perfect.I am forever grateful for Melissa and I just can't thank her enough for everything.I have added pictures of some candles I made using the dyes. The navy blue in a couple of the candles was achieved by using the blue dye and adding a tiny bit of black. It turned out exactly as I needed. The pink candle picture is a 5 star review photo left by a customer, the rest of the pictures are my own :) The last picture shows the cute dye chips, I love the uniqueness of the diamonds. Makes me smile every time I take a new one out of the package!

Bought for dying soy wax after multiple attempts with other dyes left me with gray not black. Was able to get deep matte black I was looking for using double the amount of wax chips stated. Would buy again!

I love it, such an intense and deep color, I used to use liquid dyes but it’s incomparable, definitely recommend!

For white beeswax, my experience with the amount of chips needed is as follows:Red:2 to 3 chips per poundHunter Green:3 to 4 chips per poundBlack:17 to 18 chips per poundThese are the only colors I've tested so far. The color is fantastic once achieved, nice and even.Customer services is excellent.

Actually needed high concentrated pigmented dye for cut n carve candles, but this worked. I've only used the white so far, (as you know white & black need more for dipping) but it worked great. My white bucket is fully saturated and when dipping, it covers the previous color easily. Very satisfied.

Does exactly what you need it to do, does not take a lot of chips, recently order from somewhere else and I was very dissspointed but will order from here again.

The dye did not fully integrate into the wax and some clumps of dye ended up in the bottom. Thankfully, this was for my tester candles. I ended up throwing the rest of the chips away. I cannot use them for candles to sell.

Ordered pink color for bubble gum scented tarts. Perfect color. 1 chip colors 1/2 lb wax.
