I am impressed! *by S***R on March 15, 2024* This is a great and affordable Blu-Ray DVD player/writer. It's very responsive and easily connected to my laptop with a variety of connection choices. I used CyberPower DVD player to watch my Blu-Ray DVDs, which they actually suggested in the instruction pamphlet. One nice thing was this now acted like a supported USB/micro/flash drive connection and I could access any additional plugged-in device. I used it with a portable hard drive, SD card and micro-SD card to see if it really did all that was advertised. I even burned a DVD with it. I had movies stored on an external drive and I searched through them (and any file on that drive) and not have to disconnect the player to connect the external drive. It has a low profile, and while the door is not automatic open and close, the operation is easy enough. I really like this unit and I can recommend it.
