Great value for the price. These are a high quality product with an easy molding process.These customer service is excellent and the support from the team for the molding was super. The guards themselves are soft and flexible. Very secure fit with no movement at night during wearing.

Honestly more comfortable than the one the dentist sells for $600. I have tmj and I made myself one of these rather than buying a $5,000 splint from a specialist I couldn't afford. It lasted me around five years before I finally bit through it. I rebought this same product and made myself another one day, terrified I'd never be able to replace the one that had worked so well for me, and after a couple attempts, I made a brand new one just like my old one. This is a wonderful product. I use it on my bottom teeth because I find that more comfortable. The best part is the thickness and the fact it molds to your upper and lower teeth so you can rest your jaw in a comfortable position. I haven't gone a night without this night guard in years and I don't plan to.

ConfiDental - please hire some experience designers (UX) or at least try out the instructions you create before you distribute your product to thousands of people. You have no idea how inconvenient your QR code experience is apparently.When a customer like myself uses our phone to scan a QR code, we expect a video to start playing because, no suprise, that is what your instructions said the QR code would do. NOT a prompt to download Facebook Messenger from the Google store, which requires us to set up a Messenger PIN number and a bunch of other onboarding slowdowns just to watch a video. And even after I did this (cursing the entire way out of frustration), I STILL did not get the video, just some AI chatbot that finally sent me the video.And the video was hosted on YouTube! Why not just have the QR code go to YouTube first? Is this some sort of trick to force me to connect to your social media network? Sure feels that way.Why could you just print out these instructions using images or illustrations that emulate the video example???Decent product, horrible 1st customer experience.I am sorry that an otherwise good physical product gets a one star from me but the video link was so frustrating I feel compelled to do so.Now I need to go un-install FB messenger because I DON"T want this on my device!

If you're looking for relief from teeth grinding, this is the best mouth guard. For weeks I was in pain until I got this and molded it with the help of their customer service team. I am not longer in excruciating pain. Well worth the price, easy to use, melts easily and molds well when you follow the instructions by watching the video.

Ok so I suspect this is a decent mouth guard. I like that they give you 2 different types that you can choose depending on how hard you grind your teeth. My main complaint, of course, is going to be the instructions - which have to be accessed via QR code which connects you to the company's Facebook account via messenger, where a "customer service representative" sends you a link to a video. Feels like a breach of privacy. The video itself is informative enough but very cringey and long winded, taking about 5 minutes to explain what could have been printed in a 10-step instruction card. Seriously - this isn't my first mouthguard, and the ones I've had in the past did just that for basically the same procedure.Luckily there are 5 mouthguards in the pack so hopefully I'll never have to watch that video again. Unfortunately I'm now linked to this company via Facebook, which I suspect was the entire reason the instructions were delivered this way. Great product, hampered by an easily corrected instruction hassle.

This mouth guard is exceptional, easily configured using the provided video tutorial. The high-quality construction ensures a perfect and comfortable fit, ideal for nighttime use. The package includes two sets. While I did not require customer service assistance, their courteous follow-up to ascertain my satisfaction was appreciated. I am highly satisfied with this purchase and consider it excellent value.

Bought this to address night time grinding. Need to scan a QR code to get video - but wait - it takes you to a sight where customer support needs to send you a link to the video. Feels a lot like social engineering. The video is long and majorly overkill. The process is not that difficult (if you’ve ever had mouth guards before). Functional - yes - but going to take time to get used to. I go about 1/2 a night and need to take it out - not exactly comfortable and I find myself chewing on it in my sleep - which is not good for TMJ.Thickness, quality, durability all good.Update on the QR code - now I’m getting messages to my Facebook Messenger account. Not exactly happy about that.

I chipped my teeth from grinding them and had temporary crowns put on. I needed a night guard immediately and found this product. I was expecting some ill fitting mouthpiece, but found the best mouthguard ever! No issues with the fit and I sleep great with it! I’m not getting the one from the dentist office because this fits so well and is easy to form when I get my permanent crowns! The video explains it all. Then the customer service checks on you to make sure you didn’t have any problems fitting the guard. I have sent this link to everyone I know. The best mouthguard ever!
