Easy switch and neat desk
The hub was delivered on time as promised and has been putting into use for a while. So far so good. I keep two sets of peripherals, such as keyboard, mouse, external hard drive, and printer, in office and home, respectively. The hub makes the switching between office and home as easy as one plugging and maintain the desktop wiring neat. Even the Ethernet cable is also pre-plugged into the hub. At the moment that my laptop connects to the hub, everything is ready to go either in office or home. I love it.

Works Great on My Microsoft Surface Pro 3!
I plugged this into my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and it configured itself in a few seconds and was working without having to download any drivers. My surface doesn't have an ethernet port built in, so I needed this to configure my router. Definitely buy this item if you need an ethernet port. Also the USB ports are adequately spaced out so USB devices plug in easily and don't interfere with each other. As an added bonus it's almost the same color as my Surface. Lots of things to like about this hub!

Plugs into USB-C port but works great
I should've read more carefully. This plugs into USB-C port instead of USB port. Still this works for me. I needed to plug in my wireless keyboard, wireless mouse & external hard drive into my very slow, outdated laptop to make it work. The touchpad and keyboard don't work and with only 2 USB ports plugging in everything isn't possible. The external drive is plugged directly in and the mouse and keyboard are plugged in by this and it works so long as it sits on top of my laptop. Otherwise the mouse has connection issues. Overall I'm happy because this will work while I save for a new laptop. I will say that I question this being sold as "new". It came in a solid, unmarked white box with no packaging or tape whatsoever. No instructions, names or anything. The cord length is good, it looks nice enough and I don't have to worry about plugging in an external power source directly into this. It takes it's power from being plugged into my laptop.

Does exactly it's job
Works good doesn't really get hot stays pretty cool.Does exactly it's job as described I have no issues or complaints about this product. All is good on my end

Not only didnt work ... corrupted my external hard drives
I got this product because it had a longer cord. Well, I plugged in two working drives (that worked using my USB splitter that had a shorter code), and now both drives are corrupted. Horrible. Lost all my data on these drives as a results of this product!

Works great - no issues
Added to a cheap old laptop that only had 100 Mbps ethernet and one usb 3 port. Significant speed improvement plus I can use multiple flash drives at a good speed. For the price was a great upgrade to an older machine.

It works.... but
This worked ok with nintendo switch, but I have to give this two stars for the solder work they did.The connection is bad over usb 3.0.They had one job, tin the wires and properly solder them inside the designated slots.This is unacceptable solder work, the wires are just sitting on top of the holes.please see attached images.I'm going to have to fix the cable.
