Powerful & Quiet
We LOVE this fan. It's in a big living room with a tall ceiling & catwalk to upstairs bedrooms. We run this fan 10+ hours per day during the summer. It is so quiet and powerful, we will probably also use it some during the winter. We wish we had replaced our old fan years ago. It's pretty unusual for us to bother using the light, we have better options in the room.Details:We installed this in a room with an 18' ceiling, using our old/existing 72" downrod that looked very much like the downrods that came with the fan, just longer. We rented scaffolding to make installation possible, but it was a process (not the fan's fault; the cost of scaffolding, extension wiring, tools, and shrink connectors, etc. - all added up to about the same amount as the fan). The main unexpected installation struggle was sufficiently bending the wires that come out the top of the downrod so that we could get the remote receiver in place (it is a _tight_ fit). So, if you use downrods that didn't come with the fan, be aware it will take some effort to get the remote control receiver to fit, even if the downrod looks correct.Balancing was straightforward with the included weights & directions.Pros:•Powerful - this thing moves a lot of air•Quiet - SO quiet•Remote control is great - we love every feature•Timer (hit the 1 or 3 hour timer button & head to bed, knowing it won't needlessly run all night)Meh:•Light is OK, but doesn't get as bright or dim as we had hoped; 3 colors are nice, but because there is only a single button on the remote, you have to cycle to the one you want. It would be _super_ nice if the remote had a separate button to change color/temperature.•It takes a few seconds for the fan to respond to the remote (hit the button & literally count to 3)•The installation video & directions don't match - but this is potentially helpfulCons:None

So quiet & so stable
We've had two of these fans installed for 2 months & couldn't be happier. My husband easily installed them replacing one ancient, noisy, builder quality fan & one nice Hunter fan that was much too small for the space. They went up easily. They are still quiet. They are super stable. They move a lot of air! They are contemporary looking without being odd. They have two light "colors", blue-ish & yellow-ish. It's easy to toggle between the two hues. Hopefully, they will continue to be great for years to come. We love them.

Perfect Fan
Very impressed with the fan. Silent and perfect size for my family room. Remote is convenient and can be wall mounted.

Solid fan for the money.
A more expensive fan would probably blow this away but it does work well. Very quiet and easy enough to install. Moves plenty of air in my shop. Looks good too. Would buy again at the price. When you're installing, the fan will not run until all blades are installed. Safety feature I guess. Sucks when trying to make sure it's hooked up before putting it all together though. Anyway, it also does a weird little back and forth thing when starting. Another safety protocol I guess. Don't be afraid when you see it do this. It will start up within a few seconds. Solid fan for the money!

Fan for our Loft. - love it!
its really a bit too big for our loft but absolutely love the way it circulates the air and cools our second floor loft area down, even on the lower speeds. Most often we use the lower three of the six speeds (otherwise it blows any paperwork at our desk in the loft away unless it’s weighted down ).Only improvement i would have liked is the ability to set a temperature for it to automatically lower or increase the speed based on the temperature. Our old one finally died and this one replaced it, but that seems to be very difficult feature to find nowadays.

Great fan for price
Wish there was an option to get it closer to ceiling. Shortest rod would be better 2 inches shorter. Hardware was fine. All holes accurate. Instructions clear. The ceiling bracket is wider than the hunter bracket I replaced. The ceiling box is bulky and doesn't slide into bracket easy. Still really happy with the fan. Solid sturdy quiet. Moves plenty of air. Light is good.

Would not recommend
Fan is going on 6 months old and has already started to develop a rattle when fan is on.Fan looks great and remote functions are great, but obviously cheaply made. Bought due to being a DC motor and fan size, but will have to replace soon to avoid the annoying rattle it gives off now.Would not recommend.
