Somewhat Deceptive
This item amounts to a high quality insulating bag. It is designed to protect irrigation back feed preventers and other related parts and pipes from freezing in cold weather.The problem I ran into was that the copper pipe assembly also feeds the house. Somewhere in the description it was shown that the bag could not only be opened on the bottom, but on the side. That would have helped solve my issue. But to be sure, the insulation bag opens ONLY on the bottom.That said, the bag appeared to be of high quality. It is well insulated and complete with drawstring.It would take some delicate surgical cutting to make it comply in my instance.Recommended with reservations.
