I tried one other brand of Methylene Blue before this one and found good results but I like this better with the added extracts and that it doesn't taste horrible or make my mouth blue. Improved mood and alertness and better recovery. Even helped my blood pressure.

Let's just say I'm in management role but have big ambitions for rapid advancement. I started MB liquid form in late September of 2024 and have used mid to upper limits of the dosing threshold for my weight and purpose for use since. I've got a days worth left from my first bottle (started Monday, today's Friday) but I just made an overnight delivery order before this review because this stuff is interesting.. The liquid upset my stomach (and throat sometimes) much more than these capsules. The thing with MB is it has my mind running 150mph. But in a controlled way, like I'm driving very fast but I have total control over my brain. Truly. My experience with MB has been nothing short of a miracle. The amount of physical and mental sharpness I have has signicantly increased and I almost feel as if the longer I've been dosing, the more it continues to gradually. I struggle with attention problems and this has by my account has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my short term memory recall. I can remember things in color and vivid detail unlike ever before MB. These capsules make it much more convenient for through out the day dosing without the risk of messes and potent blue stains on your fingers before a management meeting at work (real story lol). This brand and formula rocks, and MB in general. ❤️

Arrived on time and in good condition. I'm not feeling as much renewed energy as I had hoped for, but it's only been a couple weeks since I started talking it, so we'll see.

I am happy with these low dose capsules. I broke open several of the brown capsules and put them into a white face cream. I wanted to test this man-made medicinal dye on my skin to ensure I did not have an allergic reaction, before ingesting a capsule. To my delight, the capsule's ingredients did turn a deep blue when mixed into the white skin cream, and exposed to air oxidization, indicating that the capsules most likely do contain methylene blue. Also, there are skin creams that tout containing low amounts of methylene blue, due to its skin improving benefits. So I put some of the now blue skin cream on my face at night for about four hours, the cream turned, blue-green. Then I washed it off. The blue-green color washes off easily, it did not stain my skin smurf blue. I did not have an allergic reaction. As another poster pointed out, the dose per capsule of 7 MGS, is low in comparison to the per kilogram dosages, as suggested in some anti-aging clinical trials. And far lower than the medicinal dosages provided in hospitals for various serious health conditions. One kilogram is equal to about 2.2 pounds. Still, I wanted to start with a low dose to ensure I had no uncomfortable side effects. I can always bump up to a more affordable powder form at a higher dosage and mix it in water, if I want to. Some, users however, propose that for them, very low doses are seemingly effective for anti-aging or beneficial brain effects, and some even recommend taking a low dose every other day. On an interesting note: Leucomethylene blue is the colorless chemically reduced form of Methylene blue. Both have the same benefits. It may however reconvert to the unreduced blue form if chemically oxidized, within the body, and you may still have blue/green urine for a few hours.
