My favorite protein powder. It dissolves easily into both milk and water and taste great. It is a very smooth texture without clumps with maybe 30 seconds of shaking. I use this in my coffee in the morning as i usually am not hungry and it works great!

I’ve used ON Gold Standard for years (Double Rich Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, etc.), so I was curious about the new Cinnamon Roll flavor. After three weeks of daily shakes, this one stands out as the best-tasting ON flavor I’ve tried. It mixes up smooth with just water — no clumps, even with a shaker bottle. The cinnamon roll taste is legit: warm, sweet cinnamon with a light icing note, not artificial or overpowering. It’s sweet enough to feel like a treat but not so heavy that it gets cloying after a few sips. I’ve been doing it post-workout and as a breakfast shake with almond milk and it still tastes great. Macros are the usual Gold Standard quality: 24g protein, low sugar, mixes clean, and digests easily — no bloating or stomach issues even on an empty stomach. The scoop is consistent, and the tub seals well to keep it fresh. Only small downside: the cinnamon scent is strong when you open the tub (which is actually nice at first), but it fades quickly after mixing. If you’re sensitive to cinnamon, it might be a touch intense, but most people will love it. For taste, mixability, and classic ON reliability, this Cinnamon Roll flavor is a winner. I’m already planning to buy the larger size when this runs out. 5 stars — easily my top ON flavor now.

Good value for price. I mainly buy this protein because it’s affordable and has a low carb count (that’s an important factor for me). The cinnamon flavor is not as strong as I would have expected but it tastes fine. I will go back to buying vanilla again next time.

I recommend adding pumpkin spice to the cinnamon flavor. Really elevates it without adding calories. On its own it’s alright, not the best. Mixes well.

I enjoy the Optimum Nutrition protein because it is high quality. I especially like that it dissolves easily and the flavors taste great. My favorite flavors are cinnamon roll and the hazelnut chocolate. I like that my stomach doesn't get upset either, so that's a huge plus.

I tried a protein powder previous to Optimum Nutrition, and it would not mix well with water!! I love the O.N. Item not only does it taste good but it blends perfectly with H2O 👏 I can get it in a smaller size, so I can watch my budgeting. I would definitely suggest it to others. Hurray!

This is a very good product. And I have purchased most of the flavors.

Delicious in overnight oats. I put a half cup of uncut oats, tsp of chia seeds and flax powder, 1/2 cup of milk, small amount of sliced almonds and raisin, and 1/2 scoop of Cinnamon Roll ON powder. Literally tastes like a desert every morning for breakfast and has become my staple. Pretty much always in my pantry.
