Works really great and is a super fair value at the price per dosage. I sleep much better and deeper than before and now get a solid seven hours every night, which before was next to impossible for me. Don't really feel any groginess when waking up.

Good product good price. Before I began taking magnesium glycinate, I had quite severe muscle cramps in my lower extremities on a fairly frequent basis. These cramps were very painful. Honestly, since beginning this regimen, two of these capsules each day, one morning and one evening, I have not had muscle cramps to speak of. It is now a very rare event.
