Don't have alot of stretch but comfortable

I normally wear a small in a shirt; but since there was not a small option I got the medium. Luckily for me that is the correct choice. So I would recommend going one size up from what you normally wear. Even with going up one size the neck was the size of a small so it appears going one size up is just in name since it fits like the size right below that. Unique shirt that should be a good option when going out for a night on the town. Not hot at all as one might think since the flat squares are actually see through; but not enough where you see your skin through it. The only down side is it doesn't make you look like the model in the picture with all those muscles unless you have the muscles that is lol. Would buy again.

got the 2xl size and it cut off blood flow in my arms it was so tight... couldn't stretch it around me... really this was more like a medium sized shirt... or maybe a 2xl in kids size....

Medium was my recommended size by Amazon, but I had to get a large, which fits nice and snug as it should (I could barely zip the medium). I’m 5’10”, 160 lbs and a 38 bare chest measurement. Hope it helps!
