Small Quilts with Vintage Charm: 8 Projects to Decorate Your Home

Only if you're a real fan
I bought this book at about one tenth of todays price. It's worth all of that, but not a lot more, and I do love Jo Morton's style. There are only 8 projects in here and her more recent books, as well as those with Kim Diehl will cover the contents of this one. There are 3 doll quilts, made with suitably tiny blocks, and the rest are all less than 36 inches square. Blocks are log cabin, courthouse steps, stars basket, and cross. Absolutely nothing that isn't covered in her later books, so unless you collect her books I'd say use the money to buy her later ones, they're worth every penny.

Love this book!
This is one of my all time favourite little books. The designs are reasonably simple and really lovely, especially the colours. There is a primitive folk art feel to them that I love, plus some interior photos for inspiration too. Good clear instructions with sewing and care tips. Just wish it was bigger!

Disappointed
Poor quality paper and very dark pictures you can hardly make out the colours or the detail. Don’t waste your money!
