The taste is bad if you try with water, but with orange juice it’s absolutely drinkable.

Have purchased multiple times now and very happy with the quality. No sugar no bulking agents quality product

Problem is….it just doesn’t mix in water at all but sits on the top so is just grim to drink

I didn’t check dosage on pack because 2 scoops x2 is needed pre and post workout for recommended full dosage. so I ended up with less portion per day for the whole pack. So not value for money imo.I used a blender so can’t confirm mix ability.Also stinks. You will need to wash your shaker and hands immediately after this, it’s that bad!It’s like bulk ygwypf no % of ingredients , no tests no accreditation so not risking again. Only reason I picked this was because it didn’t have added fillers or caffeine.

Difficult to say whether performance is gained from supplements so lets just assume it does what it says on the tin, the main things with these type of products are, does it taste good and does it mix well... I can confirm the answer is yes to both, it does froth up a bit but soon mixes in well, the sour apple flavour does not taste like sour apple, it tastes exactly like granny smith apples, which is fine, it's also thirst quenching particularly intra workout.The only reason for 4 stars is that if you leave it too long it starts to go off/foul smell, but that's fine if you just mix enough for what you need and consume, it takes a few hours before the smell happens so plenty of time.
