These are 5 star, You get what you pay for!
Much better than you get at the hardware store or big box stores. Highly polished with no sharp edges and the finish quality is superb. These were pricey but the quality is excellent, the ends are rounded and smoothed so no sharp edges to snag or cut anything. Outside diameter is 33 mm and inside diameter is not quite 27 mm.

Can bend out of shape easy
I find that half of them won't close up to their original position after putting them on a key or a ring. They just don't hold their shape all that well. But there is a lot of them so eventually one will maintain it's shape.
