SW Living Double 10.5 tog Luxury Fine Cotton Duvet, Hollow_Fibre, White

Claims to be 100% Egyptian Cotton Cover with Down like filling. On receipt of the duvet I unzipped the top of the bag, and put my hand in expecting to feel smooth cotton encasing loose hollow fibres (as an egyptian cotton cover with feels like down filling should feel) . What I actually felt was a thin fabric more like cheap polycotton filled with already clumping fibres - very like the 5 year old duvet I was replacing..This duvet felt nothing like luxury Egyptian Cotton and nothing like down, so I didn't even take it out the bag. Contacted the seller to arrange a return, the cost of which they will deduct from my refund. It arrived back with the seller a week ago (tracked), and to date I've had no confirmation or refund from them.Before purchasing this duvet I did read the reviews. All I can say is I obviously did not receive the same product as the enthusiastic reviewers!

Bought this to replace a feather and down because I did not want the filling to move as it does with F&D. This duvet certainly achieves no movement but is a little too "solid" for my liking. The 10.5 tog is VERY warm. I previously had a 13.5 F&D and I think this is as warm (if not warmer) than my old one.

Good support for head and neck, does what i need it to do.

Had this duvet for a couple of weeks now and it must be one of the best duvets ever purchased. Lovely and light but so warm and cosy.
