Wouldn't connect to windows
First of all, any product that tells you to disable your antivirus software to install a driver is a red flag. My PC would not recognize the printer. I tried to call the support number and it's a google voice number that doesn't answer. Sent it back....

iOS app not functional
iOS app doesn’t give you the option to read and accept the terms and conditions so you can’t sign in. Can only work in guest mode…even if you have an acct. Will change my rating if they update the app.

Worked with Mac and has surprising detail ability
This printer is actually really nice for what it is worth. The other thermal printer I have costs more but does not have the dpi this does. It is slow if you are printing super detailed things like in my photo, but that’s normal for a thermal printer.The usb it comes with has software on it and that loaded just fine. The manual says to turn off your anti virus, but i ignored that step because that’s concerning. However it loaded just fine with my anti virus on.For small projects, doodles or design prints this printer works great. The Bluetooth is a nice option and the battery life is decent.It’s definitely nice and we enjoy it.
