What does it look like inside of it?

The inside, has a bunch of elastic bands for holding markers and pins of sort, the middle is a foldable sleeve with plastic for maps notes etc, and it can puff out and hold a good amount of stuff depending on where you put it you might need to think about how bulky or how breakable things you put in this pouch may be. You don't want to put this in front of your plate carrier and go into the prone and bust a marker all over your index cards and stuff.

I saw that the new version has velcro on the entire front panel which is not what the picture shows. Which pouch can I expect if I order it?

I know that the multi cam that I ordered looked exactly like the picture, with velcro.
