The mattress came in a rectangular carton and was for an adult easy enough to move into place in the house as it's not heavy.The mattress quickly expanded to its full size. Allow a minimum of 24 hours.The mattress is firm, came with no faults and after a month's use that's still the case.Firmness and whether it supports the body is too subjective to review.
