I enjoy having a little heat in my pepper jack cheese and this product delivers. It is definitely not too hot yet it has ,in my opinion, just the right amount. Most store bought pepper jack cheese only has a hint of pepper flavor yet this cheese has a wonderful pepper flavor all the way through. Definitely recommend this cheese!

DOESNT' MELT AND TOO SALTY!
The titles peaks for itself. I tried to melt it in some tomato soup and almost burned the soup trying to melt it. NORMAL cheese MELTS. When I ate a piece it was WAY TOO SALTY, to the point of being like brine. I used it up sense it was already paid for, but I will NOT be buying it again, EVER
