So I like cookbooks with pictures more, but the recipes are pretty self explanatory-like I know about what it will look like via the ingredients list because the nature of ceviche is just chopped up stuff...

Very clearly written easy to follow.Just wish there were pictures to go with

Really disappointed, recipes include ceviche made from fake crab and canned tuna... by definition it is raw fish cooked in citrus. No pictures other than the cover- I very much regret taking a chance on this.
