I took this pill 3 years ago when I was trying to conceive. Inositol (especially this brand) is a must have pill when trying to conceive for women with PCOS. I don't have PCOS but have ovarian cysts. After 1 month I got pregnant and had my beautiful daughter. Now I'm trying again so this is my 2nd time taking these pills!

I take inositol for my mental function. I find that I can think more clearly since I have been taking it. I like it because it's in a capsule and doesn't have a lot of fillers.

This inositol capsule is the greatest. At night, I have difficulty falling asleep. Remedy: take 4 capsules at bedtime. The inositol doesn't knock me out, but somehow I just drift off. I awaken the next morning feeling fine--not groggy, not drugged--just fine. I haven't researched what the accepted use of this product is, but I am glad to have found it as an answer to sleeplessness.

Take this to help me sleep and curbs my appetite.

Going back to Omnibiotics Inositol. This caused too much anxiety and headaches!

This is a very high quality product. One tablet at night and I sleep all night, no tossing and turning or waking up several times. Very pleased.
