These work very good not drowsy the next day. I actually sleep now up to 7 hours .

Best sleep aid ever!
Highly recommend. I’ve struggled with insomnia for the past 7 1/2 years. This is truly the best supplement I’ve used. No hangover, no upset stomach, great price. I’m definitely going to continue this product. Be aware: When taking it you will fall asleep within 30 to 60 minutes.

Product didn't work for my husband, but their customer service was good.
It didn't help my husband fall asleep, and it gave him heartburn. The three stars are for customer service - it wasn't actually returnable, but the manufacturer refunded our money. I would give them 5 for that, but it might be misleading to others considering buying.

It helps but TOO MANY, TOO Often
It does help you relax to sleep but TOO Many in 0ne plastic jar, it would last me at least two months. They send me two jars regularly. I have four jars 3 not opened. So I stopped the purchase. It is a smooth, easy to swallow, taste is mild.

It works!
I have tried many sleep aids and to no avail. Some make me feel drugged up and groggy, others give me the jitters. Taken an hour before bedtime, this product makes me sleepy and I fall asleep quickly. I suffer from sleep apnea, too. and use a CPAP. I still wake up during the night, but not as often and I will just take another pill and it works. Directions say 4 pills can be taken if necessary. Glad to find a non-addictive sleep aid that actually works! Thank you!
