I Was enjoying this book which he!d so much information and revelations that I Wished it never ended.Have read all John Strelevky booKs and loved them all. I will now begin reading them again.

This is without a doubt one of the best books I've ever read on the topic of building a business with great values, great culture, and great financial performance. There are too many lessons included in this book to list them all, though 3 of the best are:- Choose your imperfections- Interview for values fit and a desire for long term employment ("are you coming here to die?")- The little book of emails - it's better to have real, detailed examples of living the company values and culture than to have a theoretical "how to" guideThis will be one of the best business books you will ever read, guaranteed.

The Big Five For Life is a book that I have read over and over because it always reminds me that we truly can experience a successful career doing what we are most passionate about.

Die Geschichte trägt einfach nur die zu vermittelnden Werte und ist relativ banal. Sobald man die Idee der Werte auf den ersten 30 Seiten gelesen hat ist der Rest des Buches nur noch eine Wiederholung. Lest euch eine Zusammenfassung durch oder sprecht mit ChatGPT darüber, kommt aufs Selbe raus.
