I don’t normally write reviews unless I think it might benefit somebody, especially in health. I didn’t realize it, but every time I took my shot glass of the 2 teaspoons of Zena every morning for the last two weeks., (also berry tastes very good) I’ve been in a much better mood. I was very pleasantly surprised and at first I didn’t realize the correlation. . I must’ve been lacking in biotin because when I researched biotin, allegedly it can enhance mood and energy. Guess I shoulda researched it before I bought it! Alternatively, I did notice a lack thereof on the days that I did not take it. I’ve noticed a change also in the speed of my fingernail growth but can’t quite tell with hair yet. I bought two more jars just for the happy energy. Update on hair later. ✌🏽

I don't know why it took me so long to realize all the benefits that collagen has - for face, hair and nails specifically!. I drink two portions of this daily, and it took maybe two weeks for me to start noticing changes to my face first, my dry skin became so soft and dewy - my hair had an extra shine and my dry, cracked nails actually started growing!. I just LOVE this supplement, it does so much good for my face alone, buy it - give it two weeks and let people tell you how great you look - it's THAT GOOD!!!!

I’ve been taking consistently in the morning, I have not noticed much difference in my hair yet, but my fingernails are much stronger and I have not had a break in a couple of weeks.I found the taste to be kind of bad. I’m not gonna lie…It’s a lil yucky with that mediciney/Vitaminy taste, but I put 2 tablespoons in a shot glass and just down it then chase with orange juice and it’s bearable.It has lasted me about a month; it’s almost out. I want to see if there’s a different flavor. If not, I’ll stick with the mixed icky berry. I want to see how my natural, thin hair does after three months or so.

I am over 50 so I have aches and pains. Skin is still good but loss is estrogen has hair a bit dull. I really don’t know if I see or feel any changes and this is my second bottle. All I can say is that it’s not hurting anything to take it.

I really love this product. I first found it at Costco and then, here. My nails grew, my hair got thicker and healthier and, most importantly, my knees and bones just felt better! My knees stopped popping when doing yoga. It's also delicious.

Love the product, my first bottle I bought at Costco. It was twice the size at the same price Amazon offered.. can’t return it. So I’ll keep it, but I’ll continue buying from Costco.. make sore you look for the ounces

This collagen is the best. Forget capsules that don’t work. This liquid cures dry scalp and skin issues and I think it contributes to more youthful skin. Highly recommend it! Please make it in single serve tiny “shots” so I can take it along when traveling and away from refrigeration.
