Seems heavy duty enough I wouldn't put my life in the hands of this but could be used to hold some weight however I used it for my keys and found it to be bulky to hang by my ignition switch

It's a little bulky compared to most carabiner, but it is strong and works great.

This is a handy little tool to keep in your bag or the car.

The media could not be loaded. *Update- After returning the defective one and getting a replacement I’m still not extremely impressed. The first one was defective because the little bolt/pin that holds the base of the gate was bent, and unfortunately it’s a weak point. The spring that closes the gate upon release is also pretty weak and if it’s not aligned perfectly I have to manually close it. I’m pretty annoyed because it feels extremely sturdy and well built EXCEPT for that little bolt and spring. Yes, it will spend the majority of its time in the closed position and that weak point will not affect it while it’s closed, but I was going to use it as a replacement for a carabiner that I keep my keys on and clip to a belt loop every day. This means it would be opened and closed several times everyday with one hand in a manner where some sideways pressure against that weak point is inevitable, and after using it for one day the gate is already misaligned and I have to manually close it often. See my original review below.Unfortunately mine arrived defective, as I show in the video. If it were built better or arrived without defects it would be a pretty useful multitool. As some have said it is a bit heavy but that doesn’t bother me. What does bother me the most is the spring loaded gate does not align correctly, meaning to secure it and be able to screw it locked you must push the gate to the side. Hopefully they will make this right. If it was fully functional and not damaged I would probably give it 5 stars.

I prefer to have empty pockets when I work. This clips nicely on a belt loop. Blade length is roughly 3inches, comes decently sharp. All tools inside tool are adequate. My only small complaint is the cord cutter. I would have liked to have seen something else, anything else. Who cuts cord all the time? A 1/4 inch bit driver would be awesome in its place. However this will continue in the edc rotation. The hinge pin on the carabiner could use some lock tite!!! Keep an eye on the hinge pin it'll back out, and if it does your carabiner will be done for.

It comes with 4 tools that can be used like a small Swiss Army Knife. The knife is extremely sharp and shorter than the average pocket knife, so you need to be careful with it. I am what's very careful with knives, but this one sliced my finger open pretty bad just barely touching the tip by accident. The knife locks open and the only way to close it is to use your thumbnail to push in a very small ball bearing. Besides that, it's absolutely great for a keychain.
