I bought this to hold my Dupixent injectable. I only needed to transport one but it can fit two with no problem but that would be it. I would say if you have regular syringes for diabetes or such it would hold much more. My trip wasn't a long one (3.5 hour flight) but with travel to and from airport I would say total time was 4.5 - 5 hours. Once I arrived to hotel at my destination city the case was still pretty cool. One ice pack was slightly melted and the other was still fully frozen. I imagine it could've lasted another couple of hours or so. This case worked as well as I hoped it would. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a good little cooler for people who like hard cases. I found out after purchasing I don't like the hard case I like soft case because the insulin pens don't jump out and fall as easily. But this white case with little flowers was pretty and I needed something other that my old black dull soft case. I wanted something uplifting while giving myself a needle in the body everyday, but the cooler is really nice, wish it came in a soft case.

I use Mounjaro and my husband uses Wegovy. We needed a system that could allow both of us to bring our pens and keep them cool while travelling. This case does that incredibly well. It has two ice packs inside to keep the pens cool. The zipper seals extremely well to keep the cold in. I would recommend this to anyone who has to travel with this type of medication. It worked well for us.

I must carry my allergy medication from home to the doctor's office and it perfect for my short travel. I am pleased with the cooler for the summer especially.

I bought this for travel, generally very long flights and while the two small cooling packs that come with do not stay cool until I get where I am going, it's better than nothing. The case is very sturdy and compact. It will fit in a hand bag / hand luggage very easily and it is insulated so will keep medication cooler longer than having nothing, but when you get to your destination, get your medication into the fridge quickly.
