I was hesitant to purchase this, its quite an expensive bit of kit when stocking a home gym but well worth the investment. I’ve had for 3 months now and love it. I hate hip thrusts, trying to get into them is such a ball ache!!! The bar is uncomfortable, you need supports at the side and I just detested them. However this little machine is fab, easy to install, doesn’t take up too much space, the elastic straps are perfect, the padded strap keeps you comfortable - what’s not to love.For anyone looking for a great alternative to hip thrusts this is the perfect pain free hassle free bit of kit!!!

Okay, so now I’ve been using this machine for over a month I can give an honest review.I am a fitness fanatic but I hate travelling to the gym and whenever I do go, all of the weights are already in use. So I was always stuck with just the smaller weights & I am on a mission to grow a booty.I have always done hip thrusts with weights but only going up to 30kg ( which is what I have at home). Since using the gluteygains I have DEFINITELY noticed a massive difference in my bum shape and I am hitting my glutes a lot better than I did before.The machine is built very well, not flimsy and is very easy to store.I feel like I’m getting a very good workout in and the resistance is definitely enough to build a better booty.Because of the way it’s built, you can definitely get more reps in as there is no heavy weight digging into your thighs like what you get when you are using a bar.The fact the resistance goes up to 80kg is amazing and you are sweating after a few sets.This is probably the Best Buy I have made in a very long time.You can also purchase separate bands so you can go heavier which is my plan after another 4 weeks.You can also use the machine to do a few other workout moves which I found on YouTube.Definitely worth the price.

I bought this as a Birthday present for my wife as she has been wanting one for ages, we created our own home gym over lockdown and this was the missing piece. I was a bit apprehensive of ordering something with no reviews, but i couldn't find anything else that looked as good quality online so went for it. It arrived the next day and was packaged up properly unlike some other equipment I have ordered before, really simple to set up and takes up basically no space when folded away. It's also rock solid and you can tell it was made to last a long time. She didn't need all 4 resistance bands just the 2 and that did the job after a quick 10minutes, i also gave it a try with all 4 bands and was feeling the burn very quickly. Could not recommend highly enough!!

It’s very easy to set up.Not great if you are tall (I’m 5ft10) as your legs don’t stay at a very comfortable angle.Wish there was option to buy more of the bands separately.

Ok so the whole thing is small. Back support is small so not much space to place your arms on it, im 5’6” and I'm crammed, really uncomfortable. Also the back support isn't sturdy so expect it to move. Honestly just purchase a bench and a barbell and barbell pad.Now the good part is is the resistance, now if the equipment was longer and the back support was bigger and sturdy it would receive 5 stars but honestly i thrust way better at the gym using a jumping box with no weights because im able to position myself correctly.Youll also need to record yourself to make sure you are in the right position. Once you've got it move the sticker that says glutey gains as a way to remind you where your footing should be.

As I’m still working from home, this was my only option. I’d already tried so many hip thrust alternatives and nothing I tried could target my glutes and give me the burn I was looking for. The resistance bands are strong and it folds up so easily for storage, which is great for me as I live in a small flat. So glad I found it before giving up. I love it!

Highly impressed with this. Really does feel like the same result you’d get from a barbell at the gym.The quality is really good and it comes assembled so I did’nt have to faff around and got straight on with my workout. Next day delivery was also a bonus. I’ve always preferred to workout at home and so would recommend this to everyone. All in all NOT just another flash in the pan, this is working.

I love this equipment so much 😍 such a great addition to my home gym. I used to set a barbell and bench up at home but setting it all up took ages and I was farting to dread hip thrust day. Also, I have an injury in my lower back which barbell hip thrusts used to aggravate, and banded hip thrusts don’t seem to due to the constant tension on the glutes. My glutes respond better to high rep so this bit of equipment really is perfect for me. I’ve done a few low rep sets on it too and it’s fine for that also. I also find that I can feel my glutes so much more using this equipment then I did using a barbell! I’m 5ft 10 and I’m not too tall for it, I have the back support on the lowest setting 😊 the sellers were very kind and resolved an issue very quickly. The lack of reviews worried me a bit but Glutey Gains have a website with many reviews!!! BUY IT! 🍑
