I’m using it to hold a 1000’ roll of very heavy cat6a. The bar that the roll spins on is held with a Carter pin and removes easily. The roll spins easy on the removable bar. With heavy rolls it is a bit of a hassle to load the roll because you have to hold the weight of the roll while β€œthreading” the bar through the stand. The stand is stable and durable. The stand folds nicely for storage and it is easy to move the loaded stand.
