Cooked with it for the first time yesterday - excellent bit of kit - more versatile than the griddle plate (cooked everything I needed for chicken quesadilla in one sitting (and the were fab). It will be good for pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs (anything that’s difficult to cook on a griddle. The non-stick coating is excellent and is very easy to clean just with hot soapy water. Perfect fit for ninja woodfire XL. A weighty and sturdy item that holds heat well, even once the cooker has been switched off. Very happy with it - looking forward to the next occasion that I used it (thinking bacon, sausage and egg muffins this morning 😁)

Excellent addition to my woodfire xl pro. Very versatile cooking plate, can use to fry eggs even. Great for cooking fajitas too. I feel that we will use this one more than the crinkley one that came with the cooker.

I recently tried the Ninja Woodfire Plate, and overall, I’m impressed. It outperforms the Ridge version in terms of cooking performance, delivering even heat and excellent results, especially for grilling and searing. The food comes out with great flavor, and the design is sleek and functional. However, my only gripe is the cleaning process. Despite the superior cooking results, the plate is still quite difficult to clean. Food tends to stick, and it takes a little extra effort to scrub it thoroughly. While the performance is good, I wish the cleaning process was a bit easier. That said, it’s still a solid choice for anyone who values great cooking results.

Only used it twice so far. It's as good as the smaller version, just way bigger! Internal dimensions, 44cm x 28.5cmCleans easily, and water beads off it like a ducks back... A good addition to the standard ribbed grill that comes with XL Woodfire, allowing you to do all manner of things, or to put your own internal dish on perhaps. (I do this but put foil under the dish as an extra layer of protection from potential scratches.)TIP: Do not use ANY metal utensils to cook with on this plate, it will scratch through the layer of whatever it is on there easily. Silicon tongs, plastic or wooden spatulas are recommended. A few pictures added, as we all love to see alternate views.

Love this. Use it all the time now as the supplied griddle plate is very difficult to get clean. The non-stick doesn’t seem to be actually non stick. The flat plate is really versatile and I’ve even baked a cake in there!
