Good quality and comfortable
Bought these to match with my white outfit. I generally don't wear heels but this are fairly comfortable. They also have a pair of footbeds with is great if you need additional comfort. The quality is decent and I hope it lasts but that can only be seen after eating a few times. There was a slight problem with the delivery. Amazon app said the item was delivered at 5pm but it actually got delivered after 9pm. In the meantime I had reported non-delivery. Having said that it was delivered with 24 hours of placing the order so no complaints.

Very impressed!
Very pleased with my shoes. On opening the shoe-box, I found a few extras I did not expect, a set of replacement heel caps, and a set of dual-for footbeds for if you prefer a more snug fit. I was not aware of these and thought it was a great touch. The shoes themselves are well made, fit very well and have comfortable cushioned soles. I was not expecting the quality to be so good.

A lovely shoe but unfortunately was not comfortable
The shoes are lovely, and I would recommend them to others, but they did not fit as expected and my feet felt as if they were pushed forward, which is a shame as i so much wanted the shoes to fit. I am also confused regarding the returns policy. The sales information clearly states, in two different places, that it is free to return the shoes. However the return note says that the customer must return items at their own cost? Which is it? If items are to be returned at the customers cost then the retailer should remove the misleading information from the sales site.

Nice
These are lovely shoes. Well packaged so no scratches or marks on arrival. Really happy with the fact that replacement heel bits were included along with insoles too. My only criticism is that they come up ever so slightly bigger in size. I’m a small 6 if that makes sense so they did slip a little but was still able to wear them and will continue to do so. Overall, I was happy with my purchase
