Soccer Shin Guards Youth - by DashSport - Includes Two Shin Guards and Two Compression Calf Sleeves with Pockets

I purchased these for my best friends daughter who will be starting her first year of soccer this season. After looking at many other options, I decided on these (thankfully), for 2 main reasons:1. Pouch in the Sleeve: Most other guards of this style just have a sleeve that you slide over the guard piece. THESE have a sleeve with a pouch build into them. The pouch does a great job keeping the guard in place so the guard doesn't move around, when you move.2. Comfort: The padding on the back of the guards is awesome. And it's made from a material that shouldn't get smelly with sweat. And the sleeve material (I had to try them on myself...shhh!), is extremely soft yet durable. The perfect combo.This isn't the first time I've bought DashSport soccer gear either, and definitely won't be the last. Thanks again DS!

The shin guards are a great quality. I love the sleeve design so that they do not move around. How ever I bought them for my 6yr old and although the length is good, the width is much too large to stay up on his leg. They must be made for older kids. I only saw a measurement on the length. Not the width. It is a good product, but it will not work for us right now.

These fit well. My daughter likes these better than the ones that strapped under her feet-those were hurting her. The guard tends to slide out of the sleeve so we put on long socks over the top & that keeps them in place & adds extra padding. Easy to wash too.

My 9year old is 44 pounds 4 ft 2 in. Length of shin guards is pefeccbut the sleeve is huge. It would not stay up if he tried to wear it without soccer socks. Which was the point besides keeping the sweaty guard off his shin. I almost ordered two this size (small) because my6 yr old falls inside the size chart for the smalls. Glad I didn't but now I don't know what might actually fit. These fit as poorly width wise as wearing his fathers'.

These are great shin guards! They aren't bulky like normal shin guards. Very easy to put on. The part that slips on the leg is very comfortable. The best part is no uncomfortable straps that hurt kids legs. These are a very great product. Perfect for kids. My daughter loves them.

This is perfect for my 5 year old. The sleeves slide on and have pockets where the shin guards sit and stay in place. The sleeves are washable. The shine guards can be rinsed. Light weight and comfortable and come in variable sizes.

The guards themselves are sturdy, but as others have said, the sleeve leaves much to be desired. I used the sizing guide but the sleeves are too big for my 7-yr old. They slip down and the guard comes out after about 30 seconds of running. Needs some elastic bands inside the sleeve and something to keep the guard in the pocket, minor changes that would bump up to 5 stars. Unfortunately for us we can’t use them at all

After buying 4 different shin guard options for my son, these are it!! He is 4 and about 41" tall. We ordered the XS. They fit perfectly. He had been complaining about traditional shin guards around his foot and ankle so I knew covers with inserts was the way to go, but finding ones that were small enough was the struggle. We tried two others before finding these. He wore them all week to soccer camp and had zero complaints. Easy to wash and have ready for the next day. This will be our go-to product for years to come.
