I have always wanted a cold pressed juicer and when my old juicer packed up I decided to get this one. It’s very easy juicer to set up, it makes lots of juice and the pulp comes out dry which shows me every goodness has come out of the fruit and vegetables. It’s also quick and easy to wash, happy with my purchase.

Good product for making cold press juices. Have used it for 3 months, the only issue is that there is about 10% wastage as the fruit and veges at the bottom are not pressed completely, but for the money its a great value product. I enjoy juicing with it, as this product is easy to clean.

Overall, this is a great product but if someone is paying 180 euros for this isnt worth it. It doesnt press the fruit completely and still leave juices in the fruit. And trust me, if you're thinking of re-throwing the fruit fibre? it just not gonna give any juice.So, inshort it waste lot of fruits.

It is an excellent juicer offering very good value for money.It takes whole fruit and veg so greatly helps with preparation and ensuring you use it.It produces a lot of good tasting juice, no foam or waste.Useful range of tools two jugs, cleaning brush and presser.I'm so pleased after weeks of research we went for this one.

The pulp is always still wet with a lot of juice in it. Plus the base also gets wet with every use. It's hard work to clean. After each use, I have to literally clean the whole machine plus its accessories, which makes it quite discouraging to use. Other than that the juicer is good.

I would recommend this unit to my friends/family.My juicer came with the instruction manual. Page 3 has a decent diagram of the parts. Each part has a number that helps when you're ready to assemble the unit. Page 9 - 12 covers the assembly process. I had to go back and forth to page 3 and 9-12 to be sure I did it correctly. Page 12 description box 11 will advise to drink asap because the juice will have a degraded taste and nutrient content if exposed in the air to long. FYI, not mentioned is that I read a long time ago not to gulp down the juice. Let it collect a little saliva from your mouth before swallowing to help proper digestion. Included on page 12 description box 11 it mentions in bold letters = Do not touch the power cord with wet hands to avoid electrical shock, leakage or fire. It did come with a separate instruction card the same size of the instruction manual with actual color photos of the machine. To me it's not to good because the print is way to small to read and the photos does not really help. The instruction manual is much better for assembly instructions.The instruction manual has all kinds of information laid out in sections = Tips for Ingredients, Instructions on Selection of Fruits, ( the Selection of Fruits diagram will mention vegetables), Maintenance, Safety Index, Trouble Shooting and Warranty information. The warranty section has an email, 5 different scan things called WeChat, Facebook, VK, Line and WhatsApp. Also a warranty card to cut out with scissors = (Please fill in the table and email it within 10 days from the date of purchase.Masticating units like this are considered a Slow Juicer and it is slow. But the benefits is suppose to be less oxidation and less heat because of the auger. Centrifugal Juicers uses blades and spins much faster but it's suppose to cause heat on the extracted juice. If you're in a hurry up life style a masticating may not be for you but they are known to last longer in regards to breaking down. Centrifugal are known to break down sooner. I can say that Centrifugal can break down after a few months because I owned two. A majority of Centrifugal units cost a lot less money than Masticating units.The Masticating Juicer, AMZCHEF as stated in the instruction manual will say (page 11 Section 9) Note: Keep the machine operating for less than 10 minutes. Long time work will destroy the motor, sounds like someone overseas wrote this last sentence. Section 8 mentions any hard core, seed, skin and shell shall be removed in advance. I leave the skin on (apples = no core , no seeds to be safe), radishes, beets pretty much any thin skin fruits and vegetables. I would definitely remove skins from oranges, lemons and pineapples. I think cucumbers is a popular item to juice. Since I don't like cucumbers I would not not know skin or no skin.This unit is easy to clean for me. Don't force any parts to disassemble > Be sure and press the button on the housing - base - motor main unit to release to the Drum = (#10). My unit came with a plastic wrench #14 page 7 on my manual to remove the juice cover in a clockwise direction. The unit has an auto cutoff to prevent over heating. If that happens they recommend to let cool down for 20-30 minutes. It also has a reverse button in case the fruit/vegetable clogs the pathway. I cut everything in small pieces to fit in the feed chute but not tiny. Just read the manual to be familiar with this unit and you should be ok. To me it seems well made. I bought this unit because I believe the juice produced will be better/healthier than Centrifugal Juicers.I hope you appreciate all this information, LOL. It earned 4 stars and I gave it the 5th star hoping that it's durable. I believe it is durable and will last for a long time. Unfortunately i didn't get a chance to use the product. I was excited to start juicing, bought it fir myself as a Christmas gift but when i got it and opened the box I noticed that it was used when it was supposed to be New. Still had water spots & remnants of food on some of the parts. So i returned it the next day. Now I'm debating if I should try again or go with a different machine.So here’s an update on this machine and my experience with the company. After I made the review the company reached out to me to see if they could make it right. I had already got a replacement order from Amazon (this time a new machine) so they asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. I asked if they had any replacement parts for the machine and they sent them to me without any problems. There customer service is very good and I would recommend them to anyone. They made sure I completely satisfied. And by the way the machine works like a champ!

Three years ago, I decided to begin juicing for health reasons. The Amzchef Slow Juicer Extractor came to the top of my list based on consumer recommendations as the easiest to use and clean and they were not wrong. The machine juiced the food I put in and was so simple to disassemble for cleaning and reassemble for my next juicing session. Recently, I found that I needed a new auger in order to continue juicing and contacted the Amzchef support team regarding a replacement part. My inquiry was answered within 24hrs and I supplied them with the necessary information regarding my purchase. Even though the warranty had expired, they graciously offered to send me a replacement, no charge. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a juicer, to give Amzchef Slow Juicer Extractor a try because of the quality of the machine and the great support team.

for a first juicer, this is a pretty good buy. it does the job and I find it works great for produce like celery, beets and even finer, leafy greens like spinach, cilantro and parsley. it does leave a little bit of pulp, which is fine, and easy enough to strain out with a strainer, if you prefer to.after the first few months of use, I noticed it doesn't juice the juicier produce so well, like cucumber or oranges, for instance. I find that I have to re-juice these still-juicy scraps to get the full contents of juice out, and this is time consuming and that's annoying.I want to minimize the time I spend juicing, so I'm currently looking at other more efficient juicers to replace this one.
