Mom's chicken soup for the soul
I purchased this book after becoming a mom. I like to put my daughter on my lap and read this book to her as she falls asleep. The poems are short and heartfelt. It's nice to know that other mothers have similar feelings to you and that you are not alone in the wild ride of motherhood. I bought this book for my sister as well, due to enjoying it so much.

Will touch your mother heart
So many of these poems brought back the feeling of holding my babies for the first time. Would make a great gift for a first time mom or Mother’s Day.

Best poetry book about motherhood
I really resonated with this book so much. I never really liked poetry until now, as a mother trying to break negative generational patterns. Each poem is personable and really brings up a lot meaningful experiences and memories that I can relate to regarding pregnancy and motherhood. I will be getting all of her books as soon as I can !

I cry every time I read from this book.
I swear this author is in my head - my son is 8 months old, and every time I read her I feel seen, I feel heard. As a mom battling a lot right now, I find solace in her words as I feel a little less alone.

Grab some tissues, this one is for the mamas making their way in the world.
If you are a mother, or know a mother, this book is for you. The poems written in Ever More, will touch your heart in 1 million different ways. As you go through the journey of the authors pregnancies to the birth of her children to raising them up while learning to love and trust her herself, even in her darkest moments, you will feel like you aren’t alone. The way Jessica touches on the highs and lows of her journey will bring back memories of your own. This one absolutely made me smile and cry and laugh and remember fondly when my own child was small. The love she has shines bright in each page. This book is beautifully and thoughtfully written and will leave you wanting to read the rest of Jessica’s poetry books.

The journey of the healing mother who is truly doing her best
Jessica captures everything a mother feels and should be in this book. It is both soothing to the mother wound and the experience of being a mother. She captures all the magic and the struggles, along with the hardships and confusion of healing from your parents while trying to be a good parent yourself. I also really appreciate her writings on the pressures, expectations and struggles put on us as women, wives, and mothers. These topics aren’t talked about enough and every part of this collection is so needed. Her combination of honesty and a huge heart make this a beautiful, healing read all around. Highly recommend to every healing mom, along with her previous books. One of my absolute favorite indie poets!!
