Lights are bright, but the abdomen stripes are mere indents in the plastic and not painted black, so do not represent bees very well.

I got these a while ago and don't turn them on often, so I was surprised when the batteries stopped working pretty quickly. I noticed some corrosion of the middle battery when I went to change them and thought it was strange, the batteries weren't that old. I switched them out, wiped out where the corrosion was, and put new ones in. within a few weeks these were dead and had corrosion as well. I do not think it's an issue with my batteries, they're in remotes and other things without any problems. I loved how these look but now they don't light up, and they're much cooler on than off. I wouldn't recommend it. I loved them while they lasted but I don't think it's safe.

They're bright and easy to install; However, they're a little flimsy and you have to make them hang upright, if not, they will be upside down and would be confusing to the eye. I am happy with them, just a little disappointed.

Very cute. They're only powered by batteries. I wish I could plug them in. The stem on each bee is long, so it tends to hang in weird positions. If you want the bee positioned upright, you have to adjust each one.
