Smashed and missing pieces
The egg was not foil wrapped, completely smashed and the small eggs were missing. The package had clearly been opened by someone and the product mainly eaten. The package had been taped again not with original tape. Expensive waste of money

No refund or replacement!
A food item (easter egg), smashed to bits, no wrapping and laying loose in its box and delivery box. Cost £19.90 but, it seems, no refund, replacement or return. Health and safety issue maybe? Not impressed!
