Poor Quality and refund takes over 3 weeks
very disappointed with this product as very poor quality, and workmanship. I returned the item requesting credit to my Amazon gift card balance for speed. Even though they received the item back quickly I have been told 3 weeks before refunded, not even been scanned at fulfilment centre. What is happening with Amazon? I will consider purchasing elsewhere now as Amazon not even the cheapest supplier of goods anymore. Evri returns (print at home label) stopped to which was most convenient for me(shop machine malfunctions so print at home best option. Save your money and time on this bag.

Terrible quality
This product was nothing like the picture, the material was really thin and like plastic, genuinely not much stronger than a reusable shopping bag and it was so much smaller than expected.
