Very easy to put together, looks beautiful. Added some extra screws to hold down the knee pad.

A little annoying how the screws aren't Phillips, so you have to use the rinky dinky allen wrench that comes with it. It was pretty hard to adjust the pieces so that they fit in their hole. I had to bang some parts really hard. But once you finish it comes out pretty sturdy. If you built furniture before, this should come out as moderate difficulty. As for the quality. It came with a few scratches and some parts that weren't stained fully also, the cushion is very comfortable. But for The value for money I'd say it's worth it.

The package was ripped open on the top and it looked like someone helped themselves in taking a piece out as the pieces for this didn't match up. The parts are not lettered or number coded, so you have to guess what goes where!!!! The Styrofoam had disintegrated and flew out all over the place. "REALLY!!!!" Parts of the wood were chipped to pieces and really disgusting!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT as from looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one that has issues with this falling apart piece of junk!!!! Into the trash it went!!! I'd never recommend!!!!

It came chipped and damaged.Instructions included are ridiculous… doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out but could have at least labeled the pieces.

I did my best, but I couldn't assemble the bench! I had to pay a man who does odd jobs to help. He took it home and later told me he was aggravated. He told me he usually has no problem assembling projects, but this one was a real tool! Hours later, he finally figured it out! If you are not a handyman, you must find someone to assemble it for you. My recommendation is to look for another product! My wife loves it, but it was way too much of a hassle!

So I read the reviews prior to buying. The one where the person had the top part tilted the wrong way, that is user difficulty. I see how that would be easily done. But if you slowly follow directions it's not hard to put together. The only thing I didn't like was the the top part is screwed to the standing piece on the front. Easy fix, just drilled some holes on the back and screwed it in and secured it through the back. It's not heavy, so easily moved. Fits short folks and tall folks. I would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. When I opened the box, I found some scratches on the wood.It is easy to ensamble, but those scratches throw me off. They were not scratches from the handling package, they sent it like that.
