Way better collar option for the Tractive XL. Much more secure than the included silicone clip. I like the all black design. Open area near the charge port allows for ease for charging, so it does not have to be removed. It has help up for extended daily use for about 6 months, so far. Fits onto 1.5" collar with no issues. Does slide a bit, but doesn't seem to bother the dog or get in the way of e-collars or chain. Must have if you are using the Tractive!

I bought a Tractive XL on March 19th and had it the next day. (See my review there.) In less than 3 weeks, I have gone through all 3 clips that came with the device. The device works great. After many emails back and forth with Tractive and them sending me a complimentary set of clips, I found this. I am giving it a shot. I've had it a few days now and so far, I am impressed. One person said it does not fit the Tractive XL. It does but it's TIGHT getting it on. I will say that I pushed and pulled and was afraid I would tear or break the holder but to my surprise, it held up with no issues. I was even able to slide it OVER the Cobra Buckles on a Tactipup collar as well as the adjustment buckle. I will say where the bone cut out is, it does not fit or conform perfectly but I do not have an issue with that personally. The light does not shine through the bone cut out. There is a small hole for the light in the center. So, SO FAR, I am giving this 5 stars and a great review. I have a Malinois X that is 16 months and she plays and trains hard. So far, no issues with this holder. THANK YOU! That being said, if later there is an issue, I will update.

This one holds my tracker better than the one that came with my tracker. Hole tracker on pets collar a lot better than the one that originally come with it very impressed good Quality , easy cleanup. Nice to have and not worry about losing your tracker and losing your dog.

I haven’t lost a tracker yet, but the stock Tractiv bands do break more easily than this. I replace them when the first band breaks. The outer silicon cover protects the tracker from most superficial gouges or scratches. Nevertheless scratches don’t seem to hurt a Tractive. These are worth using, but still need to be replaced when torn, after a couple of months on a dog that hunts wild critters in brush, holes, and hollow trees. I don’t know why Tractive isn’t selling these. A one inch leather collar work best with these.Edit: It would be nice if the outer material in front of the could be reinforced in addition to the silicone. It’s good that the straps could be torn should the dog get hung up by the tracker. Two of these have been torn across the face of the tracker. Once may have been while battling a raccoon.

The absolute BEST invention for these devices. Night and day difference from the holders that come standard with them, which ALWAYS rip. The company should take notes. These holders are strong, easy to put on, and make charging super simple.
